Our Team.
Daniel Bahen
Dan is highly experienced in investment and financing of exploration and mining companies globally across multiple commodities and maintains an extensive network of high-net-worth individuals and institutional clients.
He has over 24 years’ experience in capital markets, wealth management and corporate finance and has previously held roles as Stockbroker, Head of Institutional Dealing at Patersons Securities and Executive Director of Canaccord Genuity Australia.
Thomas Bahen
Tom has 19 years' of experience in capital raisings and corporate advisory having been involved in in numerous transactions for listed and unlisted companies. Tom holds a Bachelor of Commerce and has played a critical role in the success of multiple vend transactions, IPO’s, dual listings, placements and underwritings.
Tom previously held roles in Assurance and Advisory at Deloitte, Stockbroker at Patersons Securities, Executive Director at Canaccord Genuity Australia and a number of directorships with ASX listed companies.
George Garnett
George is an experienced equity capital markets professional with over 14 years' experience, having originated and advised on the formation and execution of numerous transactions in emerging companies. George has previously served as a Director of Investment Banking at Canaccord Genuity Australia and Director of Corporate Finance at Patersons Securities
George holds a Bachelor of Commerce from Curtin University in Perth, Western Australia.
Jacqui Lam
Jacqui has over 24 years’ experience in banking, corporate finance and corporate advisory. Jacqui has managed day to day operations of listed and unlisted companies in the property development, agriculture, financial services and resources sectors.
Jacqui holds a Certificate in Governance Practice, a Graduate Certificate in Applied Finance and is a member of the Governance Institute of Australia.
